Sautéed Mushrooms

Mushrooms are extremely nutritious and we love to eat them sautéed straight from the pan. This version uses Portobello mushrooms sautéed with olive oil and salt. INGREDIENTS 3 Portabello mushrooms

2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp salt 1) Wash the mushrooms using a small amount of water.

2) Dry them with a paper towel, and place them in a sauté pan.

3) Sauté each mushroom for 4-5 minutes on each side.

4) Serve the mushrooms hot on a large serving platter.

5) Enjoy!
