Pumpkin Pie (Filling)

This recipe assumes that the pumpkin has been cooked and the insides have been scooped out with the seeds set aside and baked separately. INGREDIENTS 3-4 cups Pumpkin (cooked) 1⁄2 Almond Milk 1 tsp Vanilla extract 2 tbsp Honey 1⁄4 tsp Ginger 1⁄4 tsp Nutmeg 2 tsp Cinnamon 2 tsp Coconut oil

1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2) Gently mix all of the ingredients for the filling together in a mixing bowl.

3) Pour the filling mixture into the prepared pie crust.

4) Bake the pie for 40 minutes.

5) Enjoy!
