Mixed Green Salad

Most greens combine well with one another. This salad combines the spicy taste of arugula, watercress, and parsley with the subtle flavors of the lettuces. INGREDIENTS 1 head of red or green lettuce 1 cup arugula 1 cup watercress

1⁄4 cup parsley 5 tbsp olive oil 2 tsp lemon juice

1⁄2 tsp salt Pinch of pepper

1) Wash, dry and cut the greens, and place them in a bowl

2) Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in separate bowl, and pour on the greens.

3) Mix the ingredients gently, serve, and enjoy!
