Mango Salsa

Mango salsa has a great creamy consistency, this delicious with most foods, and a particularly good for chicken or fish.

INGREDIENTS 2 ripe mangos 1⁄4 cup cilantro 1⁄4 red onion 2 tbsps fresh juice of lime 1⁄2 tsp fresh hot pepper (jalapeno is great) 1⁄4 tsp salt 1⁄4 tsp black pepper

1) Peel and cut the mango into small pieces

2) Take the seeds out of the hot pepper and dice into very small pieces

3) Dice the onion into very small pieces

4) Combine the ingredients in a glass bowl and then add all the other ingredients

5) Serve room temperature or cold.

6) Great as side dish with fish or chicken.

7) Enjoy!
