Kale, Raisins and Parsnips

The raisins and parsnips add a sweetness to the kale that we love. You can eat this dish hot or cold.

INGREDIENTS 4 cups Kale 4 Parsnips 1⁄2 cup Raisins or Dried Cranberries

2 tbsp Olive

1) Sauté the kale on a low flame for 5-10 minutes or until soft.

2) Grate the parsnips and add them to the kale.

3) Let cook for 2-3 minutes.

4) Remove the kale and parsnips and place them in a bowl.

5) Add the raisins or dried cranberries, and mix all the ingredients together.

6) Cover everything with olive oil, and season it with the salt and pepper.

7) Enjoy!
