Herb Bread

Another delicious grain free bread, you can change the flavor of this bread depending on the herbs you mix in. INGREDIENTS 4 eggs 1/3 cup flax seeds 3/4 cup coconut flour

1/4 cup olive oil 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup coconut milk 1 teaspoon freshly ground herbs of your choice

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2) Combine the eggs, olive oil, coconut milk, and herbs of your choice and mix together.

3) Add the ax seeds, baking soda and salt and mix again.

4) Add the coconut our and mix again, the dough will be dry.

5) Use a spoon to put the dough into a loaf pan and use your hands to form it into a loaf shape.

6) Bake for 40-50 minutes.
