A simple easy dish to prepare, grilled chicken is always popular in my house. This is a simple dish that gets its flavor from soaking the chicken breasts in the salad dressing I use for green salads for a few hours before putting it on the grill. INGREDIENTS 4 skinless chicken breasts 1 cup salad dressing 1⁄2 tsp Salt 1⁄4 tsp pepper
1) Marinate the chicken breasts in the salad dressing for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.
2) After two hours, take the breasts out of the dressing and place them on a plate.
3) Cover the breasts with salt and pepper.
4) Grill or broil the chicken breasts until cooked.
5) Serve hot and enjoy!
