Chocolate Mousse

This chocolate mousse is one of our family’s favorite desserts and is always a hit with guests. No one believes it is made with avocado and coconut, which means it’s full of vitamins and healthy fats. This is a delicious melt in your mouth treat that takes 10 minutes to prepare and is a fantastic addition to any meal or eat it as a snack on its own.

INGREDIENTS

3 perfectly ripe avocados 1⁄2 cup can coconut milk

1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1⁄4 cup cocoa powder 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup (less or more depending on your taste)

1) Blend really well, consistency should be solid so you can pour it into bowls

2) Pour into large bowl or several small bowls

3) Cover with wax paper or a plate and put in fridge for 2-3 hours

4) Serve straight from fridge to table
