Banana Bread
A sweet hearty bread that’s moist from the bananas and coconut oil and rich in texture because of the almond butter.
INGREDIENTS 4 mashed bananas 4 eggs 1⁄2 cup almond butter
4 tablespoons coconut oil 1⁄2 cup coconut or almond flour 1 tablespoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of sea salt
1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
2) Combine the bananas, eggs, nut butter, and coconut oil in a blender or mix well by hand
3) After everything is blended, add the coconut flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla, and salt and mix well
